How often are the listing data and photos updated?
The data is updated on a daily basis, usually in the morning hours. Occasionally, for reasons attributed to either the MLS's delivery system or our own update process it may take an extra day - but this rarely happens.
We update the photos made available by the MLS on a daily basis as well, however, as you can imagine, these aren't always ready until a couple days after the listing goes on.
