Explain the terms "Participant" and "Subscriber" as used in an IDX agreement.
A Participant is a Broker member, or Principal Broker member of the Multiple Listing Service. A Subscriber is a non-Principal Broker member, or Agent, of the MLS. Individual Agents who want an IDX solution on their own website usually must also obtain the signature of their Broker (Participant) to get the ball rolling. Sign up now with IDXSolutions.com, either online or over the phone, and we'll send you the forms you'll need to get started.
